Terms of Use

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version is binding.
1. What Vyreportuj To does
Vyreportuj To is a tool that uses AI to turn uploaded data (Excel and CSV exports, or SQL/DAX queries) into a description of what the data means, reports, dashboards, and answers to your questions.
2. Your account
To use the app, you create an account with an email and password. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything uploaded or done through your account.
3. What you upload
You may only upload data you have the right to process (your own company data, or data with the owner’s consent). Don’t upload sensitive personal data of third parties beyond what’s normally contained in your operational exports, or any content that infringes others’ rights.
4. AI output — verify it
Numeric values in reports and charts are computed by code running directly on your data, so you can trace and verify them. Written interpretation, summaries, and recommendations, however, are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies — please verify them before relying on them for important business decisions.
5. Service availability
The service is under active development (soft launch) — features may change and occasional downtime may occur. We don’t provide any availability guarantee (SLA) at this stage.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of the service, nor for decisions made based on AI-generated output.
7. Termination
You can close your account yourself at any time, or ask us to close it and delete your data. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of misuse (e.g. excessive automated calls to AI features outside normal use).
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — we’ll let you know about significant changes in the app or by email.
